I therefore undertake to pay for the same, following the signing of the paper contract that will be sent to me (via e-mail).4) I am aware that payment for the work of art takes place in advance and by bank transfer (the details of which will be communicated to me via e-mail).5) I am aware that this sale is to be understood as a sale between the following parties: the artist and the buyer.6) I am aware that ART ATELIER – artatelier.org represents neither a company, nor a foundation, nor an e-commerce but the identity (natural person) of the artist as a Freelancer, as well as the author of his own works.7) I am aware that, following the sending of this form, I will receive an email from ART ATELIER to which a Purchase Contract (in PDF format) will be attached to print, read, fill in and send back signed (via e-mail).8) I am aware that, following the sending of this form, I will receive an email from ART ATELIER in which I will be asked to provide (again via email) the image of a valid identity document (in the form of digital scan or mobile phone photo, as long as it is legible).9) I am aware that sending a copy of the identity document represents a necessary action pursuant to the law (verification of age of majority, ministerial-governmental communications for export, contractual validation of signatures, etc.).10) I am aware that, in the event of export of the work outside the national territory (Italy) and towards EEC countries, Customs charges (duties) may arise, the payment of which is necessary to take physical possession of the work of art I have purchased.11) I am aware that, in the event of export of the work outside the national territory (Italy) and towards non-EEC countries, there are ALWAYS Customs charges (duties) whose payment is necessary to take physical possession of the work art I purchased.12) I am aware that, in the case of export, THE PAYMENT OF THE RELEVANT CUSTOMS DUTIES IS ALWAYS AT MY EXPENSE (AS A BUYER) and that this payment is additional and independent from the payment already made in favor of the artist with whom I have previously concluded the purchase contract for the work of art.13) I am aware that, in the event of export of the work outside Italy, my refusal and/or my prolonged unavailability for the purposes of making the payment necessary for the Customs release of the work of art (in custody at the Customs) irreversibly affects the delivery operation of the work of art in question. I am also aware that no responsibility, for the failure to deliver the purchased work, is in this case attributable to the artist who sells the work and with whom I previously stipulated the purchase contract.14) In the event of exporting the work outside Italy, I undertake to bear all CUSTOMS CLEARANCE COSTS: Customs Duties (where required), the amount of which will be made known to me by the freight forwarder and/or customs inspector in charge. I also undertake (in this sense) to MAKE MYSELF AVAILABLE (mobile phone, e-mail, landline) during the period between the physical shipment of the work and its arrival at the relevant Customs office.15) I am aware that, together with the purchased work, I will also come into possession of the relevant certificate of authenticity.16) I am aware that, following payment and in the event of export of the work outside Italy, the artist will work diligently for the ministerial request to unblock the work (Ministry of Cultural Heritage). I am also aware that the EXPORT CLEARANCE request has bureaucratic processing times which are independent of the artist himself and which can reach up to 30 days, barring further government delays not attributable to the artist. I am also aware that, once the EXPORT AUTHORIZATION has been obtained, the artist will immediately send the work (first working day available for the carrier) to the address indicated by me in this form.17) I am aware that, following payment and in the event of export of the work outside Italy, the work of art will be subjected to CUSTOMS INSPECTION at the Customs of the country of destination.
